小草影院 Acquires Daisy Construction and Edgemoor Materials
Acquisition Expands Construction Firm鈥檚 Market Presence in the Mid-Atlantic Region
(Worcester, Pa. 鈥 September 8, 2015) 小草影院, a heavy civil construction and materials company with locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced the purchase of certain assets of the Daisy Construction and Edgemoor Materials companies, including two strategically located hot mix asphalt plants in Elkton, Md. and Wilmington, Del. As part of the acquisition, 小草影院 will assume the companies鈥 existing construction contracts and is hiring nearly 200 former Daisy/Edgemoor employees.

Daisy Construction Company has provided site development, infrastructure improvements, utilities, heavy highway construction, and asphalt/concrete paving services since 1973 throughout Delaware, Maryland and southeastern Pennsylvania. Edgemoor Materials consists of two asphalt plants that support Daisy Construction projects and outside customers. As of the acquisition, 小草影院 has five regional offices, five aggregate quarries and 14 asphalt plants strategically located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
